(Jumps & Turns / Stretch & Strength)

In this combination class, dancers will spend time focusing on stretching, strengthening, jumping and turning.  For the experienced dancer these classes focus on developing and enhancing the proper technique required to execute various jumps and turns.  Working progressively, dancers will learn to perfect a variety of elements used in jumps and turns technique such as: proper posture, core strength, balance and spotting techniques.   Dancers will also work on various stretching and strengthening techniques to increase their overall dance skill level. Technique is a mandatory class for competitive dancers.
